Graduation - The day of us. Only for us. ~ The Silent Corner

23 October, another unforgettable day in my life. Graduate, such a great word that all the students looking for. Last saturday, a graduation ceremony had held in a auditorium of Menara MPAJ, the headquarters of local government. The rehearsal of this ceremony began two days ago. The teachers and graduates were well prepared for today. I reached at there around 7.00 morning. Junkit, Kwan Hui, Chin and Jen Fung were already waiting at the main entrance. Their formal attires caused them looked different with school days. We went to the reception counters and registered our attendence.

After the registration, I stepped into the auditorium with my jubah, followed by heavy steps. The auditorium that I entering was not only the venue for today's event, but it is also the place where I performed during my kindergarten graduation ceremony. I tried very hard to recall back all the faded memories of that day. The decoration in the auditorium is still the same but I realised there were something missing. I wanted to know what was the missing thing very badly. I urged myself to think and I found the answer at the moment I writing this post. The thing that we missing is simplicity...

During our childhood, we can play and talk anything without thinking much. There was only one word deserved to describe our childhood life - Simple. We started to change and became no more simple as time passed. I really wanted to stay simple and happy all the time. But those cruelly reality not allowed me to do it so. And I know I am a complicated person now.

Back to the ceremony, there were about 200 graduates in that auditorium. We sang national anthem after those Dato and school management department went into the auditorium. Our pengetua had given us her last speech because we are going to leave school soon. It meant we have no more chances to listen pengetua berucap ^^ hehe. And I want say thank you to yeokven because she keep on chit- chat with me during the rehearsal and the ceremony =) .
