It is 12 april today! It is TODAY, the interview of JPA scholarship.Did not sleep well for yesterday, I think I slept at around 3 am but woke up at 5.30am. After I finish my breakfast and double check every documents that I have to bring, then started my journey to Uniten.
I reached there at 6.54am and I was the first candidate who reach there. Haha I know I am punctual =P Waited until 7.30 am and there were getting more and more people. One of the officers pulled out a whiteboard at the main hall and sticked our name list on it. I am choose to be in Panel 1, first group. The interview time is from 8.00 am until 8.45 minutes ( written on the list ). Before the interview started, I found my group members and all of us came from different schools =X. There were 5 people in a group ( 3 medic 2 pharmacy ). We started to chit chat before the interview start and all of us were very nervous ( I can see through our face =P ) OK, it's show time. I got tag number 5 ( They arrange it according birthday, since I am born in october, I got the last number * how cruel they are T_T )
Lake side
When we went into the room, of course have to close the door first * talking craps =D Asked for permission to sit. And the interviewer started to explain about the interview. For my panel, the interview was separated into 3 parts. First part was self introduce and it was in BAHASA MALAYSIA. We started to bla bla bla bla bla and continue go on to part 2. For part 2, the interviewer ( which included 2 doctors and 1 JPA officer ) will ask some question and you have to answer it one by one. There was no group discussion for my panel. First question, what do you think about the medical facilities in Malaysia? Second question, what are the things that a doctor can do to increase the health awareness among the people that stay in rural area. Third question, if you are a new doctor and being sent to rural area in sarawak, what can you do for the community over there? Fourth question, do you agree that those who scored excellent result in SPM must continue pursue their tertiary studies in medic? Fifth question, why you want to study abroad but not in Malaysia. When the question come to you, you do not even have the time to think or jot down the points. The only thing I can do was speaked out everything that were in my mind with non-stop. This is because when you stopped suddenly, the question will pass to another people. We spent 1 hour and 30 minutes inside the room and believe me, you will never realize that the time was passed so fast. Before the interview session ended, we will have the opportunity to ask the panel about the scholarship but I did not ask for any question @@ And I am keep on hoping the panel will ask about National Key Result Area which is under Government Transformation Program but they did not ask about that T_T I spotted this question long time ago but it was asked in the other panel. Not mine >.<
Interview ended, everyone in my group heaved a sigh of relief when come out from the room. Took back the documents and chit chat for awhile, then it is the time to say goodbye T__T
